Windows 10 and The Sims

If you haven’t heard the hype, Windows 10 is coming. Set to be released on July 29, 2015, Windows 10 will be replacing Windows 7 and Windows 8.1. (Windows 7 has already stopped their mainstream support as of January 13, 2015, Extended support end isn’t until January 14, 2020 and Service Pack support ended on April 9, 2013.)

So what does this have to do with The Sims? The Sims team has assured all their players, current and future, that they are working diligently to ensure that we will be able to continue to play the game that we all love so dearly without any delays. Lets all hope this transition works smoothly for everyone who chooses to upgrade to the new Windows 10.

Windows 10 will be a free upgrade as long as you upgrade within one year after availability. To read more and see what Windows 10 will have to offer, go here.
